Holding Onto Memories

I stood by your crib tonight holding your precious little body in my arms! You were in and out of sleep as I was holding you! I had an overwhelming feeling that these precious little moments of you being so small & fitting so snug in my arms are not going to last forever! Today you turned 5 wks old! You were fussy & wouldn't sleep today! You wanted me to hold you and I did! Tonight your dad and I gave you a bath which you are starting to love! We read you a couple stories and you sat still and stared at not sure what for quite a while! I know just like you are growing & changing each day so will our memories together! They will change and adapt with you as you grow! Each stage will bring with it precious new memories! I promise you my little one I will do my best to hold onto to each stage and cherish it!
